Unicurve™ Engraved Dies

The UEI Group has developed and perfected dies specifically engineered for use on the Steuer Foil Jet presses. The Steuer presses are a new generation in hot stamping and embossing equipment, and the UEI Group has worked closely with the Steuer Team to develop UniCurve dies.

These high-performance cylinder presses require dies that can deliver consistent high quality at high speeds- the UniCurve dies can meet those requirements. The UniCurve™ dies are manufactured from a high-grade engraver's brass and are engineered to meet the specific curve of the Steuer cylinders.

• Foil Stamping: Applies foil to a variety of substrates such as paper, plastics and leather.
• Single-Level Embossing
• Multi-Level or Sculptured Debossing
• Combination: Dies that can emboss or deboss an image and lay foil at the same time
