Tech Support
Having a little trouble getting the perfect impression from your engraved dies? Our trained technical support team is just a telephone call away and is always happy to lend some friendly advice and technical assistance to help you get the most out of your engraved dies. The UEI Group is also available for pre-planning advice to help avoid costly mistakes.
Digital Proofing Services for Brass Engraved Die Products
When requested, UEI can create a UEI Digital Proof during our engraving production process which can be sent to you electronically / digitally for viewing. This digital rendering will show what the engraved die is capable of producing. Just include a request for a “Digital Proof” when sending your engraving order/ artwork to UEI.
UEI’s Digital Proof will be sent directly to your email address. You and your clients can view digitally all of the artistic detail, texture and depth that the engraving experts at UEI will engrave into your die. You can even archive the UEI Digital Proofs with your job information for future reference.
Pre-Planning
Our team of experts can assist you with pre-planning. We can provide you with suggestions that can help avoid costly challenges and innovative ideas that can help to ensure a successful finished product.
And for designers, we encourage you to experience the many value added benefits that foil stamping and embossing provide. We can help you to improve the communication chain between you and your printer and/or graphic finisher, prevent possible pitfalls and help make your designs stand out from the rest.
Art Support
Most of our customers provide film or digital art but on occasion we are asked to recreate artwork or make adjustments to existing artwork. Our talented in-house production artists, using sophisticated graphics equipment, can recreate almost any art, even working from three-dimensional items for such as flowers, plaques and seals.

Purchasing products and services from the UEI Group is simple and convenient. You can pay for UEI Group products or services with MasterCard®, VISA® or American Express®. It makes doing business with the UEI Group Companies easy and convenient.
Credit card payments are accepted through e-mail or on the Web, using our on-line ordering system, or you may indicate payment by credit card when sending your order via our FREE in-bound FedEx Program. You may also choose to pay by credit card after receiving your invoice, by attaching your credit card number to your invoice return slip.
